After 20+ years of design experience, we have come to realize that without an overall brand strategy, design projects aren't as effective and powerful. We have created our Brand New strategy package so that we might collaborate before jumping in. The fee for this package can be used as a credit towards any design package you choose.
Refund Policy
All unused credits and deposits may be refunded at any time, should you choose to cancel your design services. Funds will be returned after 30 days so that all billable hours + expenses may be deducted. Funds will be issued via PayPal (there may be fees) or a mailed check.
